Assault charges have been laid following a family dispute in Tilbury.
Authorities say a man threatened a family member while wielding a stick and damaged her car.
When being placed under arrested, officers say the man began screaming and put up a fight.
The 19-year-old was eventually subdued and charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, mischief, and resisting arrest.
