A Dresden man has turned himself in to police in connection with an assault that left a woman with a head injury.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said an arrest warrant was issued for the accused after a 41-year-old Dresden woman suffered a laceration to the back of her head when an argument turned violent on March 8.
The suspect, a 37-year-old Dresden man, turned himself in to police in Wallaceburg on Monday at around 6:30 a.m.
He is now charged with one count of assault and has been released from custody with an April court date.
