Attempted murder charges have been laid after a Leamington man was attacked over the long weekend. 
Essex OPP were called shortly before 3 yesterday morning to the area of Oak Street and Plumbrook Drive.
A 42-year-old man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, and a 32-year-old man has been arrested.
Official details remain scarce as the investigation continues.
