The Chatham-Kent ATV Club is already half way to their $10,000 goal for local food banks.
Alongside 99.1, the local ATV club is once again helping fill the shelves of 12 local food banks across Chatham-Kent, amidst the COVID-19 crisis.
As of Sunday morning, the online GoFundMe campaign had raised $4,800.
“Through this tough time with the coronavirus outbreak, our food banks and soup kitchens are struggling to keep up with demand,” explains Vince Masse, President of the ATV Club. “We are asking for the community’s support in the form of a monetary donation to help keep our food banks and soup kitchens operating.”
The C-K ATV Club has been supporting local food banks since 2016 and have supplied over $50,000 in food donations.
