CK police responded to a break-in call at a Wallaceburg ice cream stand early this morning and found a man inside.
About 1 am they were called to the business on McDougall Street.
The spotted a broken window and a man dressed in black inside.
He was taken into custody, and when they searched his duffle bag found a small hardware store.
Screw drivers, scissors, a file, a hand saw and a hacksaw blade.
The 41 year old man of no fixed address was charged with break and enter, and possession of break in instruments.
He was held pending a bail hearing.
