Two people are recovering from being attacked with bear spray over the weekend.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the pair were sitting in a pickup truck in a parking lot on Murray Street Saturday night when they were sprayed by two men.
The victims were taken to hospital for treatment and the two men, who police say were known to the victims, drove off in their own car.
A 32-year-old was taken into custody yesterday morning and charged with assault with a weapon and administering a noxious substance.
Authorities are still trying to track down the second.
