Beef Kabobs with Mustard Sauce

 

2 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 each green, red, yellow and orange peppers, and sweet onion cut into cubes

Marinade:

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup orange juice

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp honey mustard

Mustard sauce:

1 cup sour cream

¼ cup honey mustard

½ cup finely diced green, red, yellow and orange peppers.

 

Mix together marinade ingredients. Place steak unto re-sealable plastic bag.  Pour marinade over steak.  Reseal bag and refrigerate at least 3 hours.   Meanwhile mix together sour cream, mustard and diced peppers.  Cover and refrigerate sauce until read y to serve.  Alternately thread meat, peppers and onion onto metal skewers.  Cook on pre-heated BBQ over medium high heat for 10 minutes, turning three times or until beef is well-browned but still pink inside.  Serve kabobs immediately with Mustard sauce.
