You’d think being arrested once would be enough.

Chatham-Kent Police were called to a possible break and enter at a mosque on Lacroix Street in Chatham just before 6 o’clock yesterday morning. A man was found damaging a door at the scene, but police say he became belligerent when officers tried to talk to him.

The accused was eventually taken into custody, but then threatened to urinate on the floor once he arrived at police headquarters, and then followed through.

The 30-year-old was charged with two counts of mischief and released. However, less than half an hour later, police received another call and found the same man back at the mosque. He was taken back into custody and was held for a bail hearing.
