A local politician is reflecting on 11 years on Parliament Hill.
Bev Shipley celebrated the anniversary of being elected as MP for Lambton-Kent-Middlesex earlier this week, and says he takes great pride in knowing he’s helped shape the direction of the country.
Shipley says the bills, focusing on agriculture and religious freedoms, are great milestones of his career so far.
Moving forward, Shipley says he’s focused on the Conservative leadership race, with the party election slated for the end of May.
