1 gal. ripe tomatoes
10 sweet green peppers
10 sweet red peppers
1-2 hot peppers
5 onions
1/2 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar
1 lg. jar prepared French’s mustard
3 lbs. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
 
Grind the first four ingredients and sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight, drain in morning.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to the vegetables.
Simmer 20 minutes to 1 hour. Put in jars while hot.
