Some people fight over women, some fight over money, two Tilbury men decided to fight over a cat of all things.
The two apparently really love the animal because one of the men attempted to hit the other with a man with a board.
A third man happened to see the fight and inadvertently caught the ire of the 42-year-old board wielding assailant.
The witness was struck in the head and suffered minor injuries.
The suspect is facing charges of assault.
