An argument in Blenheim has landed a local woman with charges.
Officers responded to a fight between the accused and the manager of a Flamingo Street property shortly after 6:30 Monday night.
Authorities say the situation escalated when the accused threatened and attacked the manager, pulling her hair. Police say others tried to intervene, but the suspect lashed out again.
No one was seriously hurt.
A 48-year-old Blenheim woman was arrested and charged with three counts of assault and uttering threats. She was released with conditions and an October court date.
