A Blenheim teen will have to answer to a judge after being accused of sending harassing messages online.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the investigation showed a distressing message had been posted on Instagram, allegedly inciting severe harassment with the intention of driving the victim to commit suicide.
A 17-year-old has now been arrested and charged with uttering threats.
The accused was released from custody with conditions and a date in court next month.
