Blowing Snow Forces School Buses Off the Road in Zones 6 & 7

Old man winter is making his presence felt across southwestern Ontario this morning.

Blowing snow and reduced visibility has forced the cancellation of school buses serving the Lambton Kent, St Clair Catholic District, and Providence French Catholic school boards in zones 6 and 7, which covers a swath of Chatham-Kent from Wheatley to Dresden.

School buses in zones 5 (Wallaceburg) and 8 (Chatham) are not affected, however any bus that has to travel through a cancelled zone will not be running.

All schools remain open.
