Police are urging drivers to avoid certain county roads in Chatham-Kent due to deteriorating road conditions and extremely poor visibility.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service issued a statement early Monday afternoon asking the public to avoid travelling on Bear Line, Winter Line, and Pioneer Line.
Road conditions can change quickly, and visibility in rural areas is reported to be very limited at times.
For those who do find themselves on these roads, drivers are asked to reduce speed and allow extra space between vehicles.
