Blowing Through Red Light Leads To Crash

No injuries have been reported following a two-vehicle collision in Chatham.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said emergency crews responded a section of St. Clair Street at around 6:30 p.m. on Monday, after a driver failed to stop at a red light and collided with another vehicle.

Both vehicles were significantly damaged and were no longer drivable. However, none of the occupants were injured.

A 35-year-old Chatham man has been issued a provincial offence noticing for failing to stop at a red light.
