A Wallaceburg man has been charged following a break-and-enter in Chatham.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said a St. Clair Street business owner contacted authorities regarding the break-and-enter at around 1 a.m. on Wednesday.
When officers arrived they located a man who had broken into the business.
As a result, a 41-year-old Wallaceburg resident was arrested and is now charged with break-and-enter with intent and possession of break-and-enter tools. He was later released from custody with a March court date.
