A Chatham man is in hot water after going back to a store from which he had already been banned.
Officers responded to Walmart in Chatham on Tuesday following a call from the company’s loss prevention staff about a man found in the business who was already facing shoplifting-related charges stemming from an incident earlier this month.
The 41-year-old was found and arrested for failing to comply with an undertaken.
He was taken to police headquarters and held in custody for a bail hearing.
