Two people are facing charges after a man allegedly broke his bail conditions.
This past Tuesday, a man was arrested following a domestic dispute and charged with assault and resisting arrest. His release conditions included not attending any place the victim is known to live, work, or attend school, and from communicating with her.
The following afternoon, police were notified the man was violating those conditions and the accused was found at the victim’s home.
The 42-yer-old man is now facing further charges of failing to comply with an undertaking. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
The woman, also 42-years-old, was also arrested and charged with facilitating a breach of an undertaking. She was released with conditions of her own and a date in court next month.
