Madison Broad of the Chatham Y Pool Sharks is taking part in the Canadian Swimming Championships in Montreal this weekend.
Broad finished the 100m Backstroke 19th in the finals with a time of 1:04.64.
In the 50m Backstroke Broad swam a 29.65 to tie for 9th place making this her best placement at this level of meet. Next up for Madison will be swim 200m Backstroke today and the 50m freestyle on Sunday.
