Shovels are in the ground to mark the start of construction on a new housing development in Dresden.
Dave Depencier of Depencier Builders says it’s all about hometown pride.
“We’re proud to promote our housing. I think it’s a great place to live. We live there, we love it there. When you come and see what we have available you would think you’re in a big city. We’ve got all types of housing that all blends together,” says Depencier. “Whether you want a big house or a small house It all fits together in the same space it’s a terrific place to live and we’re proud, proud to be from Dresden.”
The new development, which includes 20 lots, is said to be the largest new build in Dresden in the last 30 years.
