The issue of school bus safety will be in the spotlight in Chatham tonight.
Chatham-Kent-Essex MPP Rick Nicholls will be joined by school transportation officials at a roundtable discussion on his private members’ bill, Bill 94.
The legislation targets drivers who illegally pass stopped school buses, allowing bus drivers to capture photos of videos of offenders.
Tonight’s meeting gets underway at 7 o’clock at the Active Lifestyle Centre in Chatham.
