A Chatham-Kent man is facing charges following a break-and-enter at a Leamington business.
The Ontario Provincial Police said officers were called to the break-and-enter in the 200 block of County Road 31 on Sunday at around 7 p.m.
A witness reported seeing someone breaking into the business and that there was a suspicious vehicle on the property that had been blocked from leaving.
Officers arrived at the scene, located the vehicle and arrested a suspect.
A 25-year-old Chatham-Kent man is now charged with a break-and-enter to commit an indictable offence, mischief under $5,000, theft under $5,000 and possession of stolen property under $5,000.
The accused has since been released from custody with a January court date.
