Chatham-Kent police were called to a Wallaceburg residence Thursday morning after a verbal confrontation turned physical. Police say an 18 year old woman assaulted a 32 year old man.
She was charged with assault, and given a May court date. Turns out the man had an outstanding warrant for failing to show up in court. During a search police turned up suspected fentanyl.
He was charged with drug possession and failing to
comply. He was held pending a bail hearing.
