Another term for the chair of the Lambton Kent District School Board.
During their annual organization board meeting on Tuesday, trustees with the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) re-elected Randy Campbell as chair of the board for another term.
Campbell has served as a trustee since 2006 and has held the position of chair since 2020.
“It is an exciting time to serve as a Trustee for the Lambton Kent District School Board,” said Campbell in a news release. “Though I don’t believe the year ahead will be free from challenges, I know that the work is of great importance, and I have confidence in this group of Trustees to come together and make decisions that support the LKDSB Mission, allowing for us to truly ‘foster success for every student, every day’.”
Kelley Robertson has been named Vice-Chair. She was first elected to the Board of Trustees in 2022 and serves on the Parent Involvement Committee and Special Education Advisory Committee.
“I am very grateful for the support of my fellow Trustees,” said Robertson. “I will continue to ensure that student success and well-being are top priority when it comes to all considerations made by the board. I also plan to focus on building confidence with the communities we serve through open and honest communication, and transparent processes.”
