Charges have been laid against a pair of teens after an overnight break-in in downtown Chatham.
A security alarm summoned police to Willy’s 420 Supplies on King Street West around 1:30 this morning.
Authorities say the front door had been smashed in, three glass cabinets were damaged, and a number of bongs and lighters were missing.
Two youths wearing dark clothing were spotted running away from the scene, but were quickly chased down and arrested.
A 16-year-old from Chatham and 17-year-old from Blenheim are charged with break and enter, theft under $5000, possession of stolen property, and mischief over $5000.
