A Windsor teen is facing charges after a single-vehicle collision south of Thamesville.
Emergency crews responded to the intersection of Selton Line and Victoria Road Tuesday night just after 9:30 after a vehicle struck a stop sign.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the vehicle had already left the scene, but was later found at a home on Selton Line.
A 19-year-old from Windsor was arrested and has been charged with careless driving, failing to produce an insurance card, and possession of a controlled substance.
The accused was released from custody with a date in court next month.
