
A Brampton resident has been charged after a vehicle crashed into the centre median on Highway 401 just outside of Chatham-Kent.
The Ontario Provincial Police said officers responded to the collision on Friday at around 11:35 p.m., after a commercial vehicle left the westbound lanes of the highway and entered the median just east of Clachan.
No serious injuries were reported.
Following an investigation, a 24-year-old from Brampton is now charged with careless driving and was also issued a three-day driver’s licence suspension.
