Charges have now been laid in connection to a crash in Chatham just before the noon-hour yesterday.
An SUV slammed into the front window at Centro Wood Fired Kitchen at the corner of Grand and St Clair around 11:30 Tuesday morning.
No one was hurt, and damage has been pegged at $35,000.
A 43-year-old woman is facing careless driving charges.
