A local organization is dreaming of warmer weather as it prepares for a yearly tradition.
Community Living Wallaceburg will be holding its 30th annual Golf Classic on Friday, September 26th at Maple City Country Club.
The traditionally sold-out event has raised over $400,000 over the past 29 years, with all proceeds supporting area residents with developmental disabilities.
Funds from this year’s tournament will support the purchase of a new, fully accessible van to accommodate outings such as medical appointments, special programming, and community involvement.
The organization has set an early bird deadline for registrations, giving those who sign up before March 7th a $25 discount.
