The holiday spirit will fill the halls of the Capitol Theatre this coming weekend.
Saturday marks the 12th annual Christmas concert put on by St Andrew’s United Church Performing Arts.
The festive celebration brings together over 140 musicians and singers, including the renowned St. Andrew’s Concert Choir, the CK Chamber Orchestra, Chatham’s Three Tenors and the Bel Canto Children’s Choir.
“This year’s concert will be more epic than ever – a beautiful reminder of the talent that exists in our community and the joy music brings, especially in uncertain times,” said Director Devon Hansen in a news release. “We are presenting pieces that will truly uplift and inspire every person in the audience.”
Tickets ($30) are available from the Capitol Theatre box office located at the Cultural Centre on William St. or from www.cktickets.com. Children 12 and under are free. Tickets are selling quickly. Proceeds go towards the music program at St. Andrew’s.
