The investigation continues into a collision involving a cement truck in Lambton County.
OPP say the vehicle rolled onto its side on Nauvoo Road in Warwick Township just after 10 Wednesday morning.
The driver had to be pulled from the truck by first responders before being sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Ministry of Labour, MTO, and Ministry of Environment have all been notified of the crash.
