A networking event for non-profit groups, charities, and community-focused businesses is coming to Chatham-Kent this week.
The Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce will host the BizConneCKt Not-for-Profit Showcase Portuguese Canadian Social Club in Chatham on Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. until 6 p.m.
The event will highlight the work of local organizations that provide a wide range of services and causes, including education, healthcare, and social services, as well as community and economic development.
The not-for-profit showcase will also provide an opportunity for these organizations to network and learn more about the initiatives shaping Chatham-Kent.
