Charges of careless driving are being laid against a man involved in a fatal crash on 401 in February.
OPP say the 30-year Mississauga man was traveling on the busy roadway near Windsor when he caused a four vehicle crash.
A 19-year-old Windsor woman died as a result of that wreck.
The man will be in court at the end of the month.
