A dispute between 2 neighbors had Chatham-Kent police officers scrambling this week.
Officers were called to a duplex on Park Street Tuesday morning and say a man had broken a basement window, and a woman went out to talk to him.
The accused allegedly threw a piece of broken glass at her and threatened her while holding another piece.
He was located a short distance away and during a search police turned up suspected meth.
The 38 year old man was charged with mischief under 5000, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, and drug possession.
