A speeding vehicle on the 401 has landed two people with charges.
Around quarter to three this morning, an OPP officer pulled over an eastbound vehicle, allegedly travelling at 138 kilometres an hour.
Authorities say the driver, a 37-year-old from Windsor, has been charged with speeding and driving while suspended.
The passenger, a 47-year-old man, was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant and is now facing five counts of fraud under $5000.
Both were released from custody and will have to appear in court at a later date.
