Charges have been laid following Tuesday morning’s roll over on the 401 near Tilbury.
Around six o’clock, an eastbound transport left the highway, drove into a field and rolled onto its side.
One lane of the highway had to be shut down as emergency crews and officials from the Ministry of Environment cleaned up the wreckage.
A 35-year-old Brampton man is charged with careless driving.
