Charges have been laid against a Windsor man following a deadly crash in Lambton County. 
Three passengers were pronounced dead at the scene of the October 4th crash on Oil Heritage Road in Dawn-Euphemia.
The 22-year-old driver was initially taken to hospital as a precaution following the crash.
He’s now facing a slew of charges, including three counts dangerous driving causing death, three counts of criminal negligence causing death, and obstructing a police officer.
