A Scarborough resident has been arrested, accused of not pulling over for an emergency vehicle in Chatham-Kent.
Officials with Elgin OPP say the accused sped past a tow truck that was in the process of trying to remove a disabled vehicle in the westbound lanes of the 401 near Dillon Road just after 3 o’clock the morning of March 21st.
The suspect was pulled over a short distance away, and the 28-year-old behind the wheel charged with failing to move into another lane for emergency vehicle or tow truck.
