Charges have been laid following a roll-over crash on the 401 east of Chatham this morning.
Provincial Police say a tractor trailer rolled on its side around 6 this morning near Drake Road, coming to rest in a ditch and partially blocking the eastbound passing lane.
Two men in the truck were taken to hospital to be treated for non-life threating injuries.
The driver, a 32-year-old from Quebec, is charged with careless driving.
The Ministry of Environment was called in to help emergency crews clean up the wreckage.
