Charges have been laid following a crash on the 401.

Emergency crews responded to the westbound lanes near Highway 77 in Lakeshore shortly before 6 o’clock Sunday evening following a collision involving a transport and two cars.

Two occupants from one of the passenger vehicles were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The westbound lanes of the highway were closed for roughly three hours as police conducted their investigation.

Provincial Police say a 35-year-old man from Windsor has since been charged with careless driving causing bodily harm.
