Charges have now been laid in connection to a crash in Wheatley a month ago. 
Chatham-Kent Police responded to a single vehicle collision on Talbot Trail on the evening of May 26th.
Two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries after the car they were in struck a hydro pole.
The driver, a 64-year-old Wheatley man, has now been charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm, having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit causing bodily harm, and stunt driving.
