A resident of Chatham, (formerly of Wallaceburg) Passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus surrounded by his family on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at the age of 70 years. Chuck was a longtime member of the Chatham Aeronauts Flying Club. Chuck is survived by Step-mother Donna Arnold Mills. Loving father of Mandy Pilon and her husband Dan of Chatham, Chad and his wife Danni of Chatham and Peter of Wallaceburg. Papa to 7 grandchildren; Ashley, Kenndra, Freddie, Emily, Caden, Sean and Dexter. Dear brother of Dudley Mills of Chatham, Julia Bechard and husband Ed of Wallaceburg and brother-in-law of Dawn Mills of Wallaceburg and family. Chuck is also survived by step-brother David (Nancy) Arnold of Chatham, step-brother Tim (Gail) Arnold of Chatham, step-sister Anne (Jose) Salvador of Tecumseh and step-brother Gary Arnold of Chatham and their families. Predeceased by father Charles Mills Sr, mother Elsie (Nelson) Mills, brother Julian Mills, sister Priscilla May Mills, half-brother Peter Levesque and step-brother Bruce Arnold. Chuck will also be sadly missed by niece Priscilla (Alyre) Ringuette and family, nephew Julian Mills Jr. and family and niece Melissa (Darrell) and family. The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 1 pm. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg, at a later date.
