A special service is being held in Chatham tomorrow to pay respect to Canadian veterans.
A Decoration Day memorial service is taking place in Legion Field at Maple Leaf Cemetery starting at 1 o’clock, recognizing soldiers who survived fighting overseas and came home again.
A similar event will be held next Sunday at Evergreen Cemetery in Blenheim.
