An overheating piece of electrical equipment gets the blame for a house fire in Chatham.
According to fire officials the blaze broke out around 9pm at a Gray St. home.
The quick work of firefighters from Stations #1, #2 means the structure was saved, but not before about $90,000 in damage was done.
Nobody was seriously hurt.
