2017 edition of the Chatham-Kent Farm Show.

Over 100 exhibitors are on hand at the Bradley Centre in Chatham for this week’s Chatham-Kent Farm show.

The annual event brings together exhibitors and visitors from across southwestern Ontario, showcasing the latest technology and information in the farming and agriculture industry.

A number of speakers will be sharing their expertise over the next two days, including corn specialists Greg Stewart and Chuck Belanger, and Moe Augostino, whose areas of expertise include grains, livestock, and feed, as well as technical and fundamental analysis of global and local markets.

A free tour of the Greenfield Global ethanol plant are also being held – pre-registration and a farm show ticket are required.

Tickets are $10 per person, those 16 and under get in for free. $2 from the price of each admission will be donated to AgScape in memory of Ethan “Bubba” Thomas, who passed away in 2021 at the age of two.

AgScape is a charitable organization focused on providing curriculum-linked agriculture and food education programs, resources, and events to schools across Ontario.
