A Chatham-Kent Police Service officer has been arrested and charged following a drug complaint.

Chatham-Kent Police were called on March 21st involving an off duty member. CKPS responded to the call and began to investigate, Sarnia Police were also in part of the investigation. As a result, Constable Cristelle VandenEnden was arrested without incident Wednesday.

She was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance.

VandenEnden has been released from custody and will appear in court October 21st.
