The Chatham-Kent Public Utilities Commission is receiving complaints from residents in the Blenheim area of sales people coming to their homes requesting to do water testing inside their homes.
According to a post on the PUC Facebook page, the company does not have staff doing sampling inside homes. All Chatham-Kent PUC staff would be driving a CK PUC vehicle and have proper photo identification that would be visible.
Police say to contact them if anyone comes to your home claiming to be from the PUC and asks to test your water.
