The Downtown Chatham Centre is under new ownership.
DCC manager, Lynn O’ Brien says it’s business as usual at the popular mall.
“We’ll still have a focus on our community, our events, our not for profits. All the thing’s we do we’ll continue to do,” says O’Brien. “There will be a focus over the next year on retention and attraction of new tenants.
The building had been owned by the Warrener family for a number of years. Touchstone Group Ltd. of Toronto is taking over the property.
