Early in the morning on March 1st Chatham-Kent police were called to a Harvey St. residence because of a disturbance.
Officers were met by a man who they say was not happy to see them.
He was pushing and kicking at them so he was taken into custody.
The 29 year old man charged with Assault police, resist, and breach of probation.
He was held pending a bail hearing.
